This refund policy is governed by applicable local and state laws. If any portion of this policy is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in full effect.

Refund Policy 

To secure your booking for an event, a deposit of 50% of the total fee is required at the time of scheduling. This deposit ensures your spot on our calendar and allows us to prepare for your event in advance.

Please note that this deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and accept that we reserve the right to retain it should the event be canceled for any reason.
